Safety

Nymra only reads public data. It needs nothing from you except an address, and it can do nothing with your wallet.

  • A seed phrase or recovery phrase. Not to verify, not to sync, not to unlock anything.
  • A private key in any form, including a keystore file or an export.
  • A transaction. A scan does not need you to send anything, to anyone.
  • A token approval or a signature. Nymra never asks you to approve a token, sign a permit or sign a message to claim anything.

The scan field only takes a public address or an ENS name. If you paste, drop or type a seed phrase or a private key into it, the Terminal empties the field at once and tells you why. None of it goes into a link, to the scan engine or to an explorer.

If you ever gave a seed phrase or a private key to a website, an app or a person, treat the wallet as lost: move the funds to a new wallet with a new seed phrase.

Scammers send dust or fake token transfers from addresses that start and end like yours, or like a wallet you often pay, hoping you later copy one from your history. A scan lists such look-alikes as warnings, in full, with the address each one imitates. Never send to an address copied from a transaction history: check every character against a source you trust.

No one from Nymra will send you a direct message first: not on Telegram, X, Discord or anywhere else. Someone who does is an impersonator, however real the name and picture look. Support happens in public, in the official community.

A link that is not listed here, on the website or on the GitHub profile is not ours.

$NYMRA on Robinhood Chain has not launched, and there is no contract address yet. Other tokens use the NYMRA name on other chains; they have nothing to do with Nymra. When $NYMRA launches, its one contract address will be published on the $NYMRA token page and on our X account. Any other address is not ours.

  • Do not open a public issue for a security problem.
  • Only test with your own addresses or public data.
  • Never send funds or sign anything as part of a test. Nymra never needs either.
